Michael H. Cohen concentrates his practice in insurance law and litigation, including a broad variety of claims under general and excess liability, professional liability, employment practices, workers compensation, transportation, homeowners and first party property policies. He is experienced in all aspects of complex litigation and appellate practice, having appeared numerous times before the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division in a variety of civil cases ranging from insurance coverage to federal civil rights and governmental entity liability.
