Jennine DiSomma specializes in employment litigation with an emphasis on the defense of wrongful discharge, discrimination and whistleblower claims. Jennine has handled a wide variety of employment actions for corporate clients, insurance companies, licensed professionals and state agencies in the New Jersey and New York state and federal courts and before administrative tribunals. She also has represented management in many labor arbitrations.  Jennine has handled numerous employment cases including claims alleging discrimination on the basis of sex, race, age, disability and political affiliation and cases asserting claims of harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge.

Jennine also has presented seminars to clients, attorneys and other professionals on workplace relationships and privacy issues.  She routinely counsels clients on a wide variety of employment matters, including harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge and other workplace issues.
