James H. Gianninoto concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation with an emphasis in insurance coverage matters, business litigation and mass tort litigation. He has defended numerous major, multi-insurer environmental insurance coverage actions in State and Federal courts involving novel and complex issues. He also has represented creditors in bankruptcy reorganizations and related adversary proceedings, and has substantial experience in class actions. Over the last 18 years, James has handled dozens of insurance coverage matters for both primary and excess CGL and D&O insurers.
Representative Matters
Currently representing the court-appointed futures representative in a major asbestos bankruptcy.
Currently defending a purported consumer fraud, mislabeling class action against a New Jersey based food manufacturer.
