Prior to joining Saiber, Mark served as Vice President and Bank Counsel for Hudson United Bank (now TD Bank, N.A.) from 2004 to 2006. In that role, he was responsible for providing legal advice to various banking units to ensure compliance with state and federal statutes and regulations. Additionally, Mark represented the Bank in various litigation matters and was responsible for drafting and implementing policies and procedures which enhanced the Bank’s responsiveness to legal process, minimized costs and increased the Bank’s ability to mitigate risk.

Mark also was as an Associate at Hill Wallack from 2002 to 2004 where his practice focused on representing creditors in complex litigation and bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining Hill Wallack, Mark served as a law clerk to the Hon. Francis P. DeStefano, Superior Court of New Jersey from 2001 to 2002.
