David J. Satz practices business litigation in the federal and state courts and before state regulatory agencies, concentrating in gaming law, corporate law and business counseling and administrative and regulatory litigation.
He has extensive experience in casino gaming law, having represented casinos and financial institutions on a national basis and has worked closely with regulators and the casino industry in connection with certain statutory and administrative changes in the regulation of casinos. David also has significant experience in handling complex business litigation, including matters involving business torts, ERISA, insurance and commercial disputes. He has also lectured on gaming law and gaming enforcement for various legal associations.
