On Thursday, November 2nd, John August will moderate a panel discussion entitled “Unique Chapter 11 Plan Considerations” at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2023 Bankruptcy and Restructuring Forum. The panel will provide unique considerations for issues that are over and above the “typical” reorganization. Topics include: third-party releases; asset sales inside/outside the Plan; treatment of tort claims; various means for implementation; and more.
