Kevin Hayes Appointed as Co-Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Gaming Law Committee

Saiber LLC is pleased to announce that gaming law attorney Kevin Hayes has been appointed as the Co-Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Gaming Law Committee. The Gaming Law Committee reviews, studies, and makes recommendations concerning legislative proposals in the area of gaming law; promotes the understanding of laws, regulations, and court decisions in the gaming area; and develops materials and educational programs of interest to the gaming practitioner to promote improvements and professionalism in the field of gaming law. The PBA’s 65-member Gaming Law Committee is comprised of lawyers from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, Pennsylvania State Horse Racing Commission, gaming companies and private law firms. 

Kevin’s practice is focused on representing casinos, racetracks, gaming manufacturers, interactive online gaming operators, technology providers, sportsbook operators and video terminal operators in a variety of corporate, regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to entering private practice, Kevin served as the first Director of Gaming Operations for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB), where he established and supervised the Bureau of Gaming Operations.
