MASS TORT LITIGATION

Our lawyers have extensive experience handling the vigorous representation required in mass tort litigation. We have represented mass tort clients in courts and administrative tribunals throughout the United States and have successfully litigated a wide array of matters, including the defense of asbestos claims against one of the largest manufacturers of asbestos in the world, Agent Orange claims, and claims involving the Dalkon Shield. Recently we successfully represented a large segment of the firearms industry in cases brought against them by various individuals and entities alleging non-specific injuries from the universal use of hand guns.
