Alfred M. Wolin to testify before the International Chamber of Commerce. 

Alfred M. Wolin has been retained by counsel for Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited ("Daiichi Sankyo") to offer opinions on New Jersey law with respect to a number of legal issues relating to the Arbitration between Bristol-Myers Squibb Company ("BMS") and Daiichi Sankyo pending in the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, case number ICC 15564/EC/VRO.  He will be going to Paris to testify before the ICC.  The underlying dispute involves a patent licensing agreement.
