The depth and breadth of this experience and highly specialized knowledge have created a record of success in handling all of the legal and business issues affecting the industry. There is virtually no real estate assignment that we cannot undertake. Our services to clients include: acquiring and selling real property, obtaining government approvals and permits for all types of development, negotiating and closing mortgage loans, structuring mortgage workouts, resolving environmental issues, resolving federal income tax issues, structuring syndications, conducting real estate tax appeals, commercial and industrial leasing, developing and marketing large-scale residential projects, developing and converting commercial and industrial condominiums, shopping center development, and hotel, recreational and golf course developments. Our group serves both landlords and tenants in the leasing of new and existing office, retail, industrial and residential properties. Many of our New Jersey based clients are often engaged in out of state real estate transactions and rely upon us to serve as general counsel supervising and coordinating all legal matters.
