Caroline Braga is an associate in the Firm’s business litigation and employment and labor law practice groups.
Caroline represents businesses in a variety of commercial litigation, including those arising from breach of contract, commercial fraud, and other business disputes. Caroline also represents businesses and management in connection with a range of issues that arise in the workplace, including allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and wrongful termination, and matters involving family and medical leave.
Prior to joining Saiber, Caroline was an associate with a mid-sized law firm based in New Jersey where she represented municipalities and local government officials in a range of public affairs matters.
Before joining private practice, Caroline served as a clerk for the Honorable Bonnie J. Mizdol of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division.
