Saiber is pleased to welcome Marisa Tuch, who joined the firm’s Business Services practice group as Counsel. Marisa has nearly 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, and serving as outside general counsel to clients.
Marisa has served as M&A counsel to both buyers and sellers, functioning as the clients’ primary legal representative in the transaction. She is experienced in all aspects of M&A transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all transaction documents, from non-disclosure agreements and letters of intent to stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, disclosure schedules and ancillary documents.
In addition, Marisa serves as outside general counsel to clients in the financial services industry, conducting an array of corporate legal work, including providing legal advice and guidance on corporate structures, forming corporate entities, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of corporate governance and commercial documents and agreements.
Marisa received her A.B. from Duke University (cum laude) in 1996 and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (magna cum laude) in 2003. She will be based in the firm’s Florham Park office.
