Habitat for Humanity is a world service organization that provides affordable homes with interest-free mortgages to families in need. Saiber attorneys assist Habitat’s clients in all facets of a closing, including reviewing real estate and loan documents, explaining purchase and mortgage terms, reviewing calculations and providing advice on the funds necessary for the closing, and confirming that the necessary paperwork has been submitted. Many of Habitat for Humanity’s clients are underserved members of the community, including veterans, immigrants and families of disabled children.
