Jamie A. Ledgister is an associate in Saiber LLC’s Business Litigation and Employment & Labor Law practice groups. Jamie represents clients in a range of litigation and employment-related issues that arise in the workplace, including allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and wrongful termination, and matters involving family and medical leave.
Prior to joining Saiber, Jamie served as a Labor Arbitration Attorney for NJ Transit, where Jamie represented the agency in labor and employment disputes and advised management on collective bargaining agreements, disciplinary procedures, and workplace policies. Jamie also previously served as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office and as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Paul M. DePascale in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage.
Jamie earned a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Seton Hall University.
