ASSOCIATE DEVELOPMENT

We encourage our attorneys to assume responsibility early in their careers. Our goal is to have associates providing hands-on support as soon as possible by working directly with clients, participating in court procedures and depositions, leading client calls and attending closings. Our dedication to serving our clients is paramount and only attainable by proactively incorporating the help of our associates.

Our members maintain an open door policy at all times to encourage an open dialogue between members and associates. We provide mentors to new associates to guide learning, development and transition, as well as to act as a professional development sounding board. We invest in our attorneys through informal training programs, including practice-focused workshops, continuing legal education seminars, and other informal training programs to promote learning and professional growth.

Associate Attorney -- Insurance Coverage Litigation

Saiber LLC seeks an associate to join its Florham Park location, with 2-4 years of insurance coverage experience in a law firm in addition to any clerkships. Admission to New Jersey and New York Bar required; Pennsylvania Bar is a plus.  Federal, Chancery or Appellate clerkship preferred.

Successful candidate must possess outstanding academic credentials, strong writing and communication skills, the ability to work independently and the desire to grow and succeed as a professional through hard work and a willingness to learn.

Associate Attorney -- Litigation

Saiber LLC is seeking an associate for its Florham Park office with 1-3 years litigation experience, including business, employment and/or insurance coverage experience.  Admission to New Jersey and New York Bar required; Pennsylvania Bar is a plus. Federal or New Jersey Appellate, Chancery or Law Division clerkship is preferred.

Candidates for this position must possess outstanding academic credentials, strong writing and communication skills, the ability to work independently and the desire to grow and succeed as a professional through hard work and a willingness to learn.
