ASSOCIATE DEVELOPMENT

We encourage our attorneys to assume responsibility early in their careers. Our goal is to have associates providing hands-on support as soon as possible by working directly with clients, participating in court procedures and depositions, leading client calls and attending closings. Our dedication to serving our clients is paramount and only attainable by proactively incorporating the help of our associates.

Our members maintain an open door policy at all times to encourage an open dialogue between members and associates. We provide mentors to new associates to guide learning, development and transition, as well as to act as a professional development sounding board. We invest in our attorneys through informal training programs, including practice-focused workshops, continuing legal education seminars, and other informal training programs to promote learning and professional growth.

Associate Attorney – Gaming Law Practice

Associate Attorney – Gaming Law Practice

Saiber LLC, is seeking an associate to join our highly regarded and growing Gaming Law Practice in our Florham Park office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with superior skills and promise. We are looking for a dynamic attorney with 2-4 years gaming law, regulatory compliance and licensing experience. Corporate transactional and/or finance background is a plus. Successful candidate must possess outstanding academic credentials, strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently. Admission to New Jersey, New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar is required.

Litigation Paralegal

Saiber LLC. Is looking for an experienced litigation paralegal to support attorneys on complex commercial and civil litigation matters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys in all aspects of litigation.
  • Coordinate firm’s eDiscovery needs, manage document databases and coordinate electronic discovery.
  • Prepare documents for production and create document productions logs, privilege logs and redaction logs.
  • Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of pleadings and other court documents.
  • Assist in conducting and organizing factual research relating to experts, witnesses, arbitrators, corporations and other entities.
  • Prepare witness prep binders, deposition exhibits, case chronologies and other materials.
  • Digest depositions, organize and maintain transcripts and exhibits.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Must possess a high level of proficiency with litigation databases, including Relativity and EverLaw databases.
  • Strong knowledge of eDiscovery processes and software.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and file transfer platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Must have interpersonal and communication skills necessary to effectively liaise between attorneys, clients and various support departments.
  • 3+ years of relevant law firm experience required.
  • Paralegal certification recommended.
