Director of Human Resources
Saiber LLC is seeking to hire a Director of Human Resources. Saiber is a law firm with approximately 100 employees, including 60 attorneys, based in Florham Park, New Jersey.
The Director is responsible for a broad scope of issues relating to the day-to-day management of employees and the HR operations of the firm.
These responsibilities include the day-to-day management of non-professional staff as well as issues relating to hiring, performance, compensation and benefits; employee relations; developing and implementing HR-related policies and procedures; and maintaining functional knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualified candidates must possess a strong client service attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational and technical skills, and excellent listening and problem-solving ability. They must also possess an approachable, positive demeanor; maintain a high degree of discretion; and consistently exercise good judgment.
Candidates must have an undergraduate degree with a minimum of eight years of human resources experience with increasing responsibility, and four years in a management capacity, preferably in a professional services firm.
