Peter Kizima is an associate in Saiber's Business Services Practice Group, where he assists in representing businesses and individuals across a wide range of transactional matters, including commercial contracts, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, land use and zoning, and general business counseling.

Peter assists clients with all aspects of real estate-related transactions, including the acquisition, sale, leasing, development, and financing of multi-family properties, office space, industrial warehouses, townhouses, restaurants, and other residential and commercial properties. He additionally supports lending institutions in connection with construction, acquisition, and refinancing transactions. Peter also assists developers, business owners, and property owners in land use and zoning matters before county and municipal planning, zoning, and rent control boards in obtaining regulatory and development approvals, including variances, site plan approval, and subdivisions.

In corporate transactions, Peter advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset transactions, and strategic partnerships, with experience ranging from sales of closely held family businesses to transactions involving multinational companies. Peter also guides clients through entity formation, organization, governance, and succession planning, including the preparation of shareholders agreements, operating agreements, and other governing documents.

Prior to joining Saiber, Peter served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Arnold L. Natali, Jr., J.A.D. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. He also served as judicial extern to the Honorable Stuart Rabner, Chief Justice, in the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Peter earned his B.S from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University.
