On Wednesday, June 25th, Saiber Family Law Practice Chair, Stacey A. Cozewith, Esq., will serve as a panelist at a CLE seminar entitled “Investigations & Surveillance in Contested Child Custody & Parenting Time Matters,” presented by the MCBA/MCLE Family Law Committee and sponsored by Anthony DeLorenzo of All State Investigations (Anthony DeLorenzo Jr.).
Moderated by Angela Scafuri, Esq., a New Jersey family lawyer and mediator, the panel will explore the legal, ethical, and practical dimensions of using investigative tools and surveillance in custody and parenting time disputes. Stacey will be joined by Hon. Thomas Manahan, J.A.D. (Ret.) and Debra Weisberg, Esq., as they discuss the role of surveillance in custody evaluations, the admissibility and impact of such evidence, and strategies for aligning investigative efforts with the best interests of the child.
