On Wednesday, February 18th, Saiber Family Law Practice Chair Stacey Cozewith will participate in a discussion entitled “Domestic Violence in Family Court: Screening for Safety, Advocacy, and Motion Practice,” a 90-minute Strafford CLE webinar with an interactive Q&A. Stacey will be joined by Angelica M. Mercado of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, & Botwinick PC, and Elisa Reiter of Calabrese Budner. The panel will examine divorce and custody matters where domestic violence (DV) is present or alleged, including cases involving coercive control, post-separation abuse, and high-conflict litigation.
