Former Saiber Member Vincent Papalia Becomes Newest New Jersey Bankruptcy Judge

Former Saiber attorney Vincent Papalia was recently sworn in as a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Judge Papalia was a member for twenty years with Saiber and the head of our Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Department. Prior to joining Saiber, he was an associate and then a partner with Clapp & Eisenberg, P.C.

An alumnus of Fordham University Law School, Papalia has been licensed in New Jersey since 1985. He was a member of the American, New Jersey State and Essex County bar associations, as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute and a master in the New Jersey Bankruptcy Inn of Court.
