Sean Kelly has been appointed to the Board of Advisors of the Campus Legal Advisor, a monthly publication that highlights the latest legal trends and developments in higher education. Sean is one of ten advisors on the board, which is primarily comprised of attorneys at universities and in private practice.
Sean defends colleges and universities in higher education law cases of all kinds, especially student issues and employment claims, and has successfully tried many cases to verdict. He is a member of National Association of College and University Attorneys (“NACUA”) and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association’s Higher Education Special Committee.
