Saiber is pleased to announce that John August has been appointed as the Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Law Section. As Chair, John will work with the other Officers to address issues of concern to bankruptcy practitioners, to implement educational programs and social gatherings and to reach out law schools and members of the community, all with the goal of maintaining and improving upon the services provided by and skills of all bankruptcy law attorneys in New Jersey.
