Bethany Friedman is an associate in the Firm's Business Services practice group where she focuses her practice on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, business counseling, and corporate governance.
Before joining Saiber, Bethany was an associate in an AmLaw 100 firm, focusing her practice on alternative asset opportunities. She received her B.S. from Wagner College (summa cum laude) in 2021 and her J.D. from New York Law School (magna cum laude) in 2024.
