Bethany Friedman is an associate in the Firm's Business Litigation and Family Law practice groups. She represents businesses, financial institutions, and other clients in a range of commercial disputes in state and federal courts. Her litigation practice focuses on commercial litigation, banking litigation, and creditors’ rights matters, and also includes collections and judgment enforcement, securities arbitration, and disputes arising under the Uniform Commercial Code.
Bethany also maintains a family law practice, assisting clients with matrimonial and related family law matters, including divorce, alimony, child custody and parenting time, child support, and equitable distribution. She works with clients to navigate the legal and personal issues that arise in family law disputes, both in and outside of court.
Before joining Saiber, Bethany was an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she focused her practice on alternative asset opportunities. She received her B.A. from Wagner College (summa cum laude) in 2021 and her J.D. from New York Law School (magna cum laude) in 2024.
