Bethany Friedman

Bethany Friedman is an associate in the Firm's Business Services and Business Litigation practice groups. She focuses her practice on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, business counseling, and corporate governance. In addition, Bethany represents private businesses in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Before joining Saiber, Bethany was an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she focused her practice on alternative asset opportunities. She received her B.S. from Wagner College (summa cum laude) in 2021 and her J.D. from New York Law School (magna cum laude) in 2024.
