Jeffrey Soos has a diverse practice representing businesses and individuals in Federal and State Courts throughout New Jersey.  He regularly counsels and represents clients in a wide range of business and commercial litigation matters including: intellectual property/patent infringement disputes (including Hatch-Waxman ANDA litigation); antitrust, trade regulation and unfair competition claims; class actions and consumer fraud act defense; breach of contract; minority shareholder oppression and intra-family financial and real estate disputes.
Jeff regularly serves as local counsel to out-of-state law firms and the clients they represent. He has substantial experience and familiarity with local practices, rules and procedures (including Local Patent Rules) in the three vicinages in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey -- Newark, Trenton and Camden, as well as the various State Courts (Law and Chancery Divisions) located throughout Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey. He is the Co-Director and a Master of the John C. Lifland Federal Practice/Intellectual Property American Inn of Court. 
Jeff also defends employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including claims involving discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as matters arising from employment agreements, workplace policies, and other issues affecting the employment relationship. In addition, Jeff represents institutes of higher education in state and federal court concerning a variety of civil litigation matters, including employment law matters; litigation involving professors, administrators and students; and other complex civil matters affecting colleges and universities.
Prior to joining Saiber, Jeff clerked for the Honorable Thomas P. Olivieri, Superior Court of New Jersey, and served as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Office of the Hudson County Prosecutor.
