The 2025 edition of Chambers USA has ranked Saiber LLC and eight of our attorneys within the General Commercial Litigation, Gaming & Licensing, Intellectual Property, Corporate/M&A, Environment, and Real Estate categories.
In the Nationwide Gaming & Licensing table, Saiber’s gaming law practice ranked nationally as a Band 2 Firm. One market respondent noted that "Saiber maintains an excellent knowledge base that enables them to suitably handle complex matters." Another respondent claimed "I am impressed by their knowledge and the care that they put towards their work." Gaming Law Practice Chair Jeremy Kleiman received a Band 1 designation in the same category, with clients commenting that "Jeremy constantly keeps up to speed with the industry, always puts his customers first and is an extremely hard worker." Another stated that "Jeremy is excellent - he's very commercial, pragmatic and understands the sector really well. I always have faith that we're getting good value for money." In addition, Kevin Hayes received a Band 3 ranking, with clients noting that "Kevin is exemplary and provides excellent client service," and "Kevin had a great strategic outlook on how to deal with regulators."
In addition, Chambers ranked Saiber’s Intellectual Property practice as a Band 2 firm in New Jersey, with sources citing that “Saiber has deep knowledge of local NJ practice, the judges and magistrates. Responsiveness, coupled with candid legal and strategic advice, has always been one Saiber's top qualities.” The publication also notes that "Saiber combines deep knowledge of New Jersey judges' practices with shrewd strategic guidance, particularly in ANDA litigation. Saiber's knowledge of the DNJ's local patent rules is top-tier." Arnie Calmann has been ranked as a Band 2 practitioner within the New Jersey Intellectual Property category, with sources noting that “Arnie is a fantastic lawyer who is highly respected by New Jersey judges. When Arnie speaks, judges listen.” The publication also notes a client as saying “Arnie is the consummate New Jersey insider. He is highly respected by the judges and opposing counsel, and is a keen strategist." The publication also ranked Jeffrey Soos as a Band 3 practitioner within the New Jersey Intellectual Property category, with the guide describing Jeff as being a "top-notch lawyer” and being "quick on his feet and methodical." In addition, the 2025 edition ranked Katherine Escanlar as a Band 3 practitioner, noting that she is "completely knowledgeable" and a "treasure to work with."
Saiber ranked as a Band 4 firm in New Jersey for General Commercial Litigation. The 2025 publication claimed that "Saiber lawyers and team members invest incredible time to master all aspects of a complex case and have a thorough understanding of the subjects and a wide range of knowledge." Chambers also ranked William Maderer as a Senior Statesperson in Commercial Litigation in New Jersey, winning praise for his handling of a diverse range of commercial disputes and internal investigations.
The publication also ranked Ami Foger as a Band 5 attorney in the New Jersey Corporate/M&A category, with sources citing Ami as a "phenomenal attorney," stating that he "does an outstanding job on complex transactions."
Chambers also ranked Saiber’s Real Estate practice as a Band 4 firm in New Jersey, with a respondent noting that "The Saiber team is experienced and responsive.”
Randi Schillinger was ranked in the as a Band 3 practitioner within the New Jersey Environment category, with clients describing Randi as "great to work with."
