Nino A. Coviello

Nino Coviello is a leader of the Firm’s Business Services practice group and serves as a Co-Managing Member of the Firm.

Nino’s practice focuses on all aspects of real estate-related transactions, including the acquisition, leasing, development and financing of commercial and multi-family properties. He represents clients in connection with the development of office complexes, hotels, industrial warehouses, shopping centers, townhouses and multi-use projects and other residential and commercial projects of all kinds.

Nino represents developers and builders before state and local planning agencies in order to obtain regulatory approvals associated with new and ongoing development projects. He assists developers, builders, and businesses in obtaining variances, major and minor subdivisions, environmental clearances and clean ups, financing and syndications.

Nino also specializes in the formation, representation and counseling of corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies and other business entities, handling all forms of business transactions and advising on day-to-day issues.

Nino is highly experienced in handling personal and transactional tax for individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations, estates and trusts. He brings his innovative expertise and creativity to a wide range of tax planning areas, including income, estate and gift tax planning, corporate tax, taxation of partnerships and limited liability companies. Nino works closely with individuals and families in connection with their estate planning needs, often involving individuals with high-net worth. He regularly prepares sophisticated estate planning documents for those seeking to protect their assets for future generations.
