Tolu Adetayo

Tolu Adetayo is an associate in Saiber’s Gaming Law and Administrative & Regulatory practice groups. He advises operators, technology providers, and investors across the gaming industry, focusing on structuring complex transactions and guiding clients through evolving regulatory landscapes.

Tolu represents clients in sports wagering, iGaming, and interactive gaming, with work spanning regulatory compliance, licensing strategy, product development, and market entry. His experience working alongside product, engineering, and compliance teams allows him to help clients manage regulatory risk as they bring new products to market across multiple jurisdictions. He also advises gaming and technology clients on corporate matters, including M&A, financings, and general corporate governance.

Prior to joining Saiber, Tolu served as product and regulatory counsel for a leading online gaming company, where he supported national sportsbook launches and responsible gaming initiatives. Earlier in his career, he practiced as a corporate associate representing emerging companies, venture capital investors, and private funds in financings, M&A, and fund formations.
