On July 31st, David Satine will present at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s 2019 Insurance Coverage Boot Camp. David will discuss first party property and business interruption.
The 2019 Insurance Coverage Boot Camp is designed to provide a broad-based introduction to insurance coverage law, with primary emphasis given to the interpretation of insurance contracts, the duties and responsibilities of insurers and policyholders as well as the litigation that flows from this relationship. After discussing some of the fundamentals of insurance law, the panel of experts will delve into several different types of insurance policies, including property insurance, business interruption, commercial general liability, cyber insurance and professional liability.
Throughout the program, the panel will address the interplay between insurance coverage and litigation, and the many causes of action and issues that arise when handling these cases. In addition, the program will feature a special segment on privilege and ethical issues specific to insurance relationships. If you’ve been considering entering into the world of insurance law, or dealing with insurance coverage issues in your practice, there is no better opportunity to get started.
