On October 6th, Jennifer O’Connor will present on the topic “Pay Now or You’ll (Really) Pay Later: Best Practices for Pay Equity Compliance” at the 2019 Garden State Council Society for Human Resource Management Annual Conference in Atlantic City. As part of the presentation, Jennifer will discuss suggested best practices; the growing pressure for HR professionals to address pay equity; how to conduct an effective pay equity analysis; and updates on the disparity in pay equity in the United States.
