On Wednesday, December 4th, Phil Markowitz will moderate a panel discussion entitled “The Future of Multifamily Construction, Design & Development in New Jersey” at the 9th Annual CAPRE New Jersey Apartment Summit & Awards Ceremony. As part of the discussion, the panel will discuss: the fundamentals of multifamily construction and development, political headwinds to new construction, supply and demand, and the impacts of trade war on the macro ecocnomy and construction costs.
Phil will be joined by Adam Altman of KABR Real Estate, Diego Hodara of Titanium Realty Group and Maurice Hornblass of Hornrock Properties.
