John August is serving as a program organizer for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Inaugural Bankruptcy and Restructuring Forum on Thursday, November 18th. Panels topics for the inaugural forum will include: Elder Law and Bankruptcy; Family Law and Bankruptcy; and Real Estate Law and Bankruptcy. The full day session will make available 6.7 CLE credits, including 1.2 in Ethics.
