On Thursday, February 24th, John August will moderate a webinar panel discussion entitled “Assignments for the Benefits of Creditors” for the New Jersey Institute of CLE. The panel will discuss: State Dissolution (for insolvent companies with few or no assets available to satisfy creditors); Receiverships; Federal Bankruptcy (Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Subchapter V); and Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors.
