On Thursday, May 5th, Rob Nussbaum will present a CLE Seminar on social media law entitled “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly: Social Media & the Law.” As part of the seminar, Rob will explore the nature and growth of social media, how it has created new ways for people to communicate and, consequently, how it has created new legal concerns. Rob will also discuss legislation affecting social media; provide litigation pointers which should be shared with clients; discuss jury duty issues; explain how to introduce social media into evidence at trial; and warn about the spoliation of social media evidence.
