Marc Freedman will present on algorithmic discrimination and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination at the New Jersey Staffing Alliance’s 2026 Law Day. The presentation will address New Jersey Civil Rights’ guidance to clarify how the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD) applies to algorithmic discrimination resulting from the use of new and emerging data-driven technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), by employers, housing providers, places of public accommodation, and other entities covered by the LAD.
