On Thursday, May 7th, Saiber attorney Marc Freedman will participate in a discussion entitled, "Secrets, Data, and Departures: Protecting What Makes Your Staffing Business Valuable" at the 2026 ASA Staffing Law & Compliance Conference. Marc will be joined by I. DeAndrei Drummond of TEKsystems Inc., Sherry H. Flax of Saul Ewing LLP, and Erik P. Pramschufer of Saul Ewing LLP. The panel will discuss ways staffing companies can protect important business information, address employee data privacy issues, and respond to increasing scrutiny of restrictive covenants and noncompete agreements. The session will also cover practical agreements and workplace policies companies can use to help reduce risk and protect their business.
