On Thursday, March 29th, Bill Maderer participated in a panel discussion at the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey’s Annual Judicial Conference entitled “Navigating Corporate Internal Investigations: Perspectives from the Company, Private Counsel, and the Government.” Bill was joined by moderator Zahid Quraishi of Riker Danzig, and panelists John J. Hoffman of Rutgers University, Vikas Khanna of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and Maureen Ruane of Novartis.
The panel discussed issues concerning coporate internal investigations from the perspectives of in-house counsel, white collar defense counsel, and the U.S. Attorney's office.
The event, held at Mayfair Farms in West Orange, was attended by approximately 325 attorneys and members of the federal judiciary.
