Saiber is pleased to welcome associate Brian Frederick, who joined the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. Brian joins the firm after several years in private practice, where he represented his clients in civil litigation, including employment litigation, construction litigation, and products liability.
Before joining Saiber, Brian spent two years an associate in a Newark law firm where he represented clients in all aspects of civil litigation. Previously, he was an associate at a boutique labor and employment law firm in New Jersey.
Prior to entering private practice, Brian served as a law clerk to the Hon. Alan G. Lesnewich, J.S.C, Union County, and as a Judicial intern to The Hon. Mary Gibbons Whipple, J.S.C., Morris County.
