Jack Losinger has recently been named as a Programs Co-Chair of the ABA’s Business Torts and Unfair Competition Committee.  In that capacity, Jack will coordinate roundtables discussions, webinars, and CLE’s, and hold weekly calls to discuss committee business.  The Programs Chairs goal is to ensure that the committee continues to provide high quality content for its members.

The ABA’s Business Torts and Unfair Competition Committee is one of the most active ABA committees, made up of experienced trial lawyers from all over the country. Their goal is to keep business litigators fully up to date in burgeoning business torts such as fiduciary duties, fraud, unfair trade practices, tortious interference, trademarks and trade secrets, remedies, and evidence, as well as technological issues and developments impacting our practice. We provide open access and networking with the best people in the field.
