Saiber is pleased to welcome associate Kevin Foltmer, who joined the Firm's Insurance and Reinsurance practice group. Kevin joins the firm after several years at a New Jersey law firm where he represented his clients in various matters related to business and estate litigation.
Prior to joining private practice, Kevin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Contillo, (Ret.), Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts. Kevin earned his J.D. (cum laude), from the Notre Dame Law School. While in law school, he worked as a legal extern at Whirlpool Corporation. Kevin also worked as a legal honors intern at the New York Regional Office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, Kevin served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Lawrence R. Leonard at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Kevin earned his undergraduate degree (summa cum laude), from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
