Saiber is pleased to announce that John “Jack” Losinger and David Satine have been elevated to Members of the Firm and Alexander Banzhaf, Michael Shortt, and Lori Zeglarski have been elevated to Counsel.
Jack Losinger focuses his practice on representing businesses and individuals in connection with a variety of commercial disputes, including employment lawsuits, and contractual and estate disputes. Jack received his B.A. from Loyola College, Maryland and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, cum laude.
David Satine handles complex insurance and reinsurance disputes, and commercial litigation. David received his B.A. from Tufts University and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Alex Banzhaf focuses his practice on representing individuals, businesses and insurance companies in complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes and employment matters. Alex also counsels clients in the New Jersey cannabis industry. Alex received his B.A. from Duke University and his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Michael Shortt focuses his practice on business litigation, business counseling, real estate litigation, employment law, and school law. Mike received his B.A. from Fordham University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
Lori Zeglarski handles a wide variety of complex litigation matters, focusing her practice on insurance and reinsurance litigation and arbitration. Lori received her B.M. and M.M. from The Juilliard School and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude.
