Saiber is pleased to welcome Stephanie Edelstein, who joined the firm’s Real Estate practice group as Counsel.
Stephanie has over a decade of experience handling sophisticated real estate transactions in the commercial and residential space. She represents developers, property owners, landlords and tenants in connection with a variety of commercial real estate matters. Stephanie also advises nationwide institutional lenders and banks on real estate-based mortgage transactions. In addition, Stephanie represents international and domestic clients investing in high-end residential properties, including condominium units, cooperative apartments, townhouses, single and multi-family dwellings throughout New York and New Jersey.
Prior to joining Saiber, Stephanie practiced at a boutique real estate firm, a regional New Jersey law firm, and the Manhattan office of a large international 450+ attorney firm.
She received her B.A. from George Washington University in 2001, and her J.D. from New York Law School in 2005.
