His presentation, “Building Across Borders: Navigating Data Centers, Redevelopment, and Development Risk in the New Jersey–New York Market,” will examine three emerging issues facing developers, investors, and lenders.
Justin will discuss the growing challenges associated with data center development; practical strategies for allocating entitlement and approval risk in development-contingent transactions; and key considerations in New Jersey’s redevelopment process, including the opportunities and potential pitfalls that may arise when municipal priorities shift.
