Saiber is pleased to announce that Justin Calta and Mary Joan Kennedy have been elevated to Counsel to the Firm.
Justin Calta’s practice focuses on the representation of businesses and individuals in real estate and corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on zoning, land use and re-development, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law and business counseling. Justin received his B.A. from Antioch College in 2006 and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in 2013.
Mary Joan Kennedy focuses her practice in the area of estate planning, estate administration and elder law. She has over ten years' experience advising individuals, families, fiduciaries, and closely-held businesses in highly-sensitive matters. Mary Joan received her B.A. from Providence College in 1994 and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002.
