Saiber estate planning attorney Mary Joan Kennedy has been recognized in the 2023 Edition of the Irish Legal 100, an annual publication that honors distinguished legal professionals of Irish descent from across the United States. Each October, the Irish Legal 100 publishes its new edition, and a celebration is hosted at the residence of the Ambassador of Ireland to the United States in Washington, D.C.
Mary Joan focuses her practice in the area of estate planning, estate administration and elder law. She has over ten years' experience advising individuals, families, fiduciaries, and closely-held businesses in matters that are often highly-sensitive, handling each matter with care and compassion.
Mary Joan traces her Irish roots through her great grandparents, on both sides, who emigrated from Counties Clare and Tipperary. She is a member of the Irish American Cultural Institute, and was given an Irish Way scholarship while in high school, where she lived and studied in Ireland for a summer.
