Gianna C. Riccoboni is an associate in the Firm's Business Services practice group where she focuses her practice on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, business counseling, and corporate governance.
Before joining Saiber, Gianna was an associate in the real estate and land use practice of a New Jersey-based law firm, where she represented clients in all aspects of land use development, including land use permits and approvals from municipal bodies, planning boards and zoning boards.
Prior to law school, Gianna advised large financial institutions on fraud, anti-money laundering and KYC compliance at a major accounting firm. She received her B.S. from Fordham University (summa cum laude) in 2016 and her J.D. from Seton Hall University in 2021.
