On Saturday, June 22, Randi Schillinger will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Avoiding Transactional Pitfalls from Due Diligence to Post–Closing” at the 2019 New Jersey State Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section Forum. Randi will discuss due diligence prior to acquisition; post-closing protections/remedies; and opportunity zones.
