The 2026 edition of Chambers USA has ranked Saiber LLC and eight of our attorneys within the General Commercial Litigation, Gaming & Licensing, Intellectual Property, Corporate/M&A, Labor & Employment, Environment, and Real Estate categories.
In the Nationwide Gaming & Licensing table, Saiber’s gaming law practice ranked nationally as a Band 2 Firm. One market respondent noted that "Saiber is extremely knowledgeable in the field of iGaming and works closely with clients to find solutions. The speed and quality of its work are first class." Another respondent claimed that "Their knowledge and experience is incredible when it comes to helping to make sense of the legal side of online gaming. Their attention to detail is second to none, and their level of service is outstanding." Gaming Law Practice Chair Jeremy Kleiman received a Band 1 designation in the same category, with clients commenting that "Jeremy has vast industry knowledge and experience; he has a solution for every situation." In addition, Chambers ranked Saiber’s Intellectual Property practice as a Band 2 firm in New Jersey, with sources citing that "Saiber is highly knowledgeable about the courts, the judges and patent litigation in New Jersey.” The publication also notes that "Saiber has top-notch litigators who are well known within the New Jersey bench and bar. The team's experience and expertise distinguish them." Arnie Calmann has been ranked as a Band 2 practitioner within the New Jersey Intellectual Property category, with sources noting that "Arnie is responsive and provides excellent counsel.” The publication also notes a client as saying "Arnie provides sage advice." In addition, the 2026 edition ranked Katherine Escanlar as a Band 3 practitioner, noting that "Katherine is very knowledgeable and experienced in patent litigation in New Jersey. She gives practical, timely and excellent advice." Another client shared that "Katherine is responsive and provides excellent counsel."
Employment Law attorney DanaLynn Colao earned her first ranking in 2026, being ranked as a Band 4 practitioner in the Labor & Employment category, with sources noting that "DanaLynn Colao displays a very solid technical knowledge, approach and level of sophistication." In addition, the publication describes one client as saying "Her knowledge of labor and employment, both in the state and in terms of federal law, is a strength of hers. We also appreciate her ability to provide practical legal advice."

Chambers also ranked William Maderer as a Senior Statesperson in Commercial Litigation in New Jersey, winning praise for his handling of a diverse range of commercial disputes and internal investigations.
The publication also ranked Ami Foger as a Band 5 attorney in the New Jersey Corporate/M&A category, with sources citing that "Ami is an excellent lawyer who is knowledgeable, responsive and collaborates well with deal team members and advisers." Another source described Ami as "the kind of lawyer who tries to look for solutions, not just identify problems."
Randi Schillinger was ranked as a Band 3 practitioner within the New Jersey Environment category, with the publication touting her "wide-ranging practice." Chambers also ranked Saiber’s Real Estate practice as a Band 4 firm in New Jersey, noting its experience in the mid-market space.
