Katherine Escanlar to Speak at AFBNJ’s Hatch-Waxman CLE Seminar Series

On Monday, May 11th, Katherine Escanlar will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Early Moves that Shape the Endgame in Hatch-Waxman Litigation”, as part of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey’s Hatch-Waxman CLE Seminar Series. The virtual program will address issues that arise early in Hatch-Waxman cases, such as the Rule 26(f) conference, Confidentiality and ESI Orders, the Rule 16 conference, consolidation, scheduling, and discovery, including, but not limited to, cross border discovery, and expert disclosures. Panelists will discuss how these early aspects of Hatch-Waxman cases can influence overall strategy and resolution of the litigation.

Katherine will be joined by Moderator William C. Baton of Saul Ewing LLP, and Panelists Hon. Michael A. Hammer, United States Magistrate Judge, of the District of New Jersey, and Hon. Rukhsanah L. Singh, United States Magistrate Judge, of the District of New Jersey.
