On Wednesday, May 13th, DanaLynn Colao will co-moderate a panel discussion entitled “The Regulation of Higher Education Institutions and the Impact on the On-Campus Experience” at the 2026 New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Conference.
The panel will explore the many legal issues currently facing higher education that are also implicated by the regulations governing institutions of higher learning – including Free Speech/First Amendment, anti-semitism, Title IX, immigration, among others. The panel will include law school representatives and private practitioners.
