Saiber LLC represented Pro Tapes & Specialties, Inc., a tape manufacturer and specialty converter in connection with its sale to Shurtape Technologies, LLC, a leading manufacturer and marketer of adhesive tape and consumer home and office products. The transaction is expected to accelerate growth by delivering greater value to existing customers through strategic investments in manufacturing capacity, IT capabilities and sales and marketing initiatives, according to a press release issued by Shurtape Technologies.
Pro Tapes will become a subsidiary of Shurtape Technologies and continue to operate its facility in North Brunswick, N.J.
The transaction closed on December 1, 2022.
