Saiber LLC is pleased to announce that construction and commercial litigator Robert Nussbaum has been reappointed to the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association of New Jersey (“Metro”). In his role as a Board Member, Rob will work with the Board to manage the property, affairs and business of Metro, which includes, among other things, adopting, amending, and publishing rules and regulations relating to the Association. Rob’s term will be one year. He served in this role in 2025.
The Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association of New Jersey is a local professional trade association affiliated with the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to promote and protect all segments of the residential building industry and its customers in Essex, Morris, Union, Somerset, Warren, and Hunterdon counties. Its goal is to enhance its members’ ability to provide safe, affordable, quality housing to the citizens in New Jersey.
